A multi-national family-owned manufacturing company with operations in Serbia, China, and the US had never turned a profit across its entire history. The problems were layered: an inefficient international supply chain, poor treasury management, and an organizational culture that resisted accountability.
We rebuilt the supply chain from the ground up, restructured treasury operations, made targeted leadership changes, and drove a disciplined change management program across all three geographies. The final result came faster than anyone expected — the company recorded its first profit in under 11 months. It has been profitable every year since.

A PE-owned insurance resale company had experienced flat sales for years and a revolving door of sales leadership. The instinct was to rebuild the team. Our assessment found a different problem: the sales team was capable — the manager leading them was not equipped to coach or hold people accountable.
We designed and ran a boot camp-style leadership development program focused on the specific skills the sales manager was missing: pipeline management, performance conversations, and building a culture of consistent accountability. Within two quarters, the team was hitting targets it had never reached before. The manager stayed. The results stuck.

After the sudden death of the company's founder, a technology business was left without a succession plan, a clear organizational structure, or a path forward. The family needed someone to stabilize the operation and create options. They had none.
