We are a small team by design. Everyone here works directly with senior operators on real business problems. No junior bench. No busy work.
PresumeNothing is a boutique firm, which means the work is substantive, the team is small, and the access to senior leadership is direct. You will not spend years waiting for meaningful responsibility. You will be involved in real client engagements from the start, working alongside people who have run businesses — not just advised them.
We hire for intellectual curiosity, integrity, and a bias toward getting things done. Skills matter, but so does the kind of person you are to work with under pressure. We are looking for people who ask good questions, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their work without needing to be managed closely.
Every role here touches real client work. There is no administrative layer between you and the problems that matter.
You will work alongside people who have been CEOs, CFOs, and operators at the highest levels. That access shapes how you think about business.
All current positions are remote and US-based. We care about output, not office hours. Results matter more than process.
